MinistrElife is excited to announce a partnership with The Samuel DeWitt Proctor Conference, Inc. Our partnership delivers a platform for like-minded individuals who are passionate about engaging issues affecting the African American community to connect, collaborate, and mobilize leaders and activist in the church, academy, and community through education, advocacy, and activism.

Through the ENGAGE section of the MinistrElife platform, users can join the Mbongi Community, Proctor's online community. Mbongi, a word in the Kikongo language, means "learning place." Leveraging the MinistrElife platform's robust tools, Proctor's Mbongi Community will be able to network, share resources, and dialogue as events unfold.

"American Baptist Home Mission Societies and Judson Press have partnered with the Proctor Conference since its beginning, and we are pleased to expand our partnership now with the ministrElife online platform as a means of extending opportunities for learning, professional growth, and networking in the virtual world," said Dr. Jeffrey Haggray, Executive Director of American Baptist Home Mission Societies and Judson Press.

"Praise God! I am so excited that the Proctor Conference is now a special partner of MinistrElife, of the American Baptist Home Mission Societies. We are now expanding the Mbongi Network to be on the MinistrElife platform, which is going to give all of us even greater opportunity to do ministry, said Rev. Dr. Iva E. Carruthers, General Secretary, Samuel E. Dewitt Proctor Conference Inc.

Users of MinistrElife passionate about issues affecting the African American community are encouraged to join the Mbongi Network in the ENGAGE section of the MinistrElife platform. To join, click here.
